Founded in 1995, Hangzhou Xingfa Technology Co., Ltd. is a production enterprise that has passed ISO 9001:2000 quality management system certification. It is located in Hangzhou City, near Shanghai and Ningbo Port. The company specializes in telecommunication and control cables, including LAN cables, fire alarm cables, alarm cables, speaker cables, telephone cables, coaxial cables, fiber optic cables, and more.
Products Approved by UL, CE, ETL, CPR and RoHS
Our cables are produced according to IEC, Belden, and CommScope standards, but at far lower prices. We have advanced production lines, precise testing machines, and strict quality control systems to ensure the quality of our products. We also produce CCS (copper-clad steel) by ourselves, which is used, instead of bare copper, as the center conductor. Our tech parameters will meet your high-quality needs as well. For your added assurance, our products carry UL, RoHS, and CE approvals. Around 95 percent of our output is exported to Europe and the US.

Procedures and Practices
According to the customer's requirements, a new product is developed. The R&D department reviews according to the data, designs production equipment and processes, prepares materials, design progress, reviews and verifies functional regulations and standards as well as the customer's own requirements. Proceed to sample production according to requirements. After the sample is completed, it will be reviewed according to the test results. The final sample is qualified and mass production is started after the quality is stable.
